PUBLIC FORUM SPEAKER CARD
To provide the public its right to address the Board during meetings and to ensure orderly conduct, a member of the public may address the Board for up to three (3) minutes during the public comment period designated on the Agenda. (Ref. Board Policy 2504) As a guideline, the board may limit the time frame for public speaking to one-half hour, but the Board President may elect to waive the one-half hour time limit and establish a longer period.
Prior to the Board meeting, please complete a Public Forum Speaker Card (link below), listing your name, address, phone and email, along with a brief description of what topic you would like to address. Completion of this form lets the Board President knows that you would like to speak during Public Forum. Forms are also available at Board meetings. If you would like to submit your completed form prior to the meeting, please email it to doug.newington@csschools.net
